The TikTok Monetization Product's mission is to build an all-in-one digital platform for businesses, creators, and users to create value and trust, inspire creativity and bring joy to each other. We are looking for a Compliance Program Manager to support ads product design and development from a compliance and privacy perspective and maintain overall compliance risk at an acceptable level. The Compliance Program Manager will provide compliance-related consultation advice to minimize the negative revenue impact of compliance and support ads businesses' long-term, sustainable growth.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for building compliance product strategy and approach for TikTok Monetization-Ads
• Collaborate with Legal, public policy and public communications teams to evaluate compliance approach and impacts on Monetization products and processes
• Lead compliance-related project management throughout product lifecycle, managing cross-functional efforts including business development, product design, engineering and go-to-market
• Lead internal communications about compliance strategy, ensure implementation and resolving compliance issues

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of experience in program management, product management or strategy within digital advertising
• Self-motivated with excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• A strong understanding and experience in compliance, privacy protection, laws and regulations
• Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin, for product launches and communication with external stakeholders

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244888 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
