Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity within our Legal and Compliance department for an Expert Learning Analyst who will serve as a member of the Compliance and Integrity department. This role is ideal for an experienced Compliance professional specializing in adult learning to assist in the development and execution of Compliance Education and training strategies that support CHS' corporate compliance programs and best practices as suggested in the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines. The Expert Analyst will manage communication responsibilities for compliance priorities and in partnership with leaders and subject matter experts will provide support and expertise on compliance training along with broad and tailored communications strategies. This position is expected to efficiently and effectively perform a wide variety of duties working independently and with/at the direction of the Director Compliance and Integrity with the goal of promoting an ethical culture.
Responsibilities

  • Compliance Education and Learning
    • In partnership with the Director of Compliance Integrity, develop and implement Compliance Education and training plans, curriculums, programs, and modules.
    • Create standards, processes and procedures for the consistent execution of enterprise Compliance Education and learning; including creating and launching training; documenting and tracking employee participation and completion.
    • Create compliance content across mediums for employee learning including: emails, digital content, scripts, reports, management talking points, and presentations.
    • Ability to work as a strategic partner to multiple businesses, support needs, and consult on learning best practices.
    • Conduct needs and learner analyses around compliance topics.
    • Provide training sessions in support of Compliance and Integrity objectives and in support of the Leadership Expectations to support building an ethical culture.
    • Develop eLearning courses in Articulate 360, True Office Poet, and/or other authoring tools.
    • Develop multi-year communication plan for delivery, align with stakeholders and coordinate with the enterprise communication strategy.
    • Empowered as one of the company-wide subject matter experts and strategic partner to leverage and collaborate with the enterprise center-led team for companywide learning solutions.
    • Responsible for retaining established company branding across all deliverables and reviewing outputs of 3rd parties to ensure standards are maintained.
    • Creates and maintains Compliance & Integrity training schedules and calendars.
    • Establish KPIs and analyze, design and assess compliance-related metrics/measures.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of learning and compliance industries.

Minimum Qualifications (required)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development

Excellent skill in global communication, presentation, and facilitation
The ability to partner to understand the needs of those the learning team supports; Understanding these needs in such a way to match the right solution to the right need
Project management with strong attention to details
Analytical skills and metric development
Strong written and oral skills
Public speaking
7+ years of experience in adult Learning and Development or Training
Experience in Instructional Design, training creation, preparation, and facilitation
Experience working on compliance or legal programs
Experience in Compliance learning and education
Bachelor's degree preferred in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, or related area
Compliance, Legal or Human Resources professional certificates or affiliations
Instructional Design education
