Compliance Community Support Specialist

Below is the job description for the Compliance Community Support Specialist, specializing in the all AFFORDABLE HOUSING programs

1. Review of all move in, interim and annual certifications
2. Conduct and respond to State Agencies and Investor audits
3. Ensure State Agency software is current at all times
4. Prepare Annual Owners Certifications
5. Secure and provide annual income limit updates
6. Secure and provide annual utility allowance updates
7. Review and approval of MINC project work sheets
8. Discrepancy resolution

Any other duties deemed necessary to promote success for the Compliance department and Properties.

Applicant must have -

1. At least 3 years experience working with Affordable Housing Programs for multi-family housing

2. Knowledge and ability to utilize Yardi Voyager and RightSource

3. Effective written and oral communication skills

4. Hold any one or more of the following preferred certifications:

* HCCP

* COS

*BOS

*TCS

*STAR

*RURAL DEVELOPMENT
