Below is the job description for the Compliance Community Support Specialist, specializing in the all AFFORDABLE HOUSING programs
- Review of all move in, interim and annual certifications
- Conduct and respond to State Agencies and Investor audits
- Ensure State Agency software is current at all times
- Prepare Annual Owners Certifications
- Secure and provide annual income limit updates
- Secure and provide annual utility allowance updates
- Review and approval of MINC project work sheets
- Discrepancy resolution
Any other duties deemed necessary to promote success for the Compliance department and Properties.
Requirements:Applicant must have -
1. At least 3 years experience working with Affordable Housing Programs for multi-family housing
2. Knowledge and ability to utilize Yardi Voyager and RightSource
3. Effective written and oral communication skills
4. Hold any one or more of the following preferred certifications:
* HCCP
* COS
*BOS
*TCS
*STAR
*RURAL DEVELOPMENT
