Description
The County of Santa Barbara's County Executive Office is currently accepting applications to fill one (1) full-time vacancy in Santa Barbara. The candidate selected for this vacancy will bring a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and integrity to the team.
Operating under the direction of the County Executive Officer, the County Compliance and Accountability Officer directs the implementation of policies and programs aimed at ensuring transparent and accountable County operations; assesses and monitors implementation of department corrective action plans related to internal and external audits or reviews; serves as an oversight coordinator and liaison between the Board of Supervisors, County Executive Officer, and County departments; serves as the investigative enforcement agent of the County Executive Office; and performs related work as required.
