Corebridge Financial is seeking a key person in its Actuarial and System Support Team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing life insurance re-proposal requests and providing our clients with future state policy values.
The Supervisor of Complex Illustration will support the Illustration and System Support business analysts and will collaborate with various internal operations departments, Product Pricing, IT, Compliance and Risk Management teams, as well as third party administrators and TPA Governance.
This Role will be based at our Houston, TX campus.
The primary responsibilities of the Complex Illustration Analyst will be to:
- Provide excellent and timely customer support to Distribution, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
- Run proposals and re-proposals for inforce universal life and interest sensitive policies
- Provide verification of policy values using pricing tools and documentation
- Scrutinize life insurance policy values and correspondence in multiple administrative systems on both traditional and non- traditional life insurance products
- Communicate and track new issues to and for management
- Relay software issues to the Illustration Development team and collaborate on solutions.
What we are looking for
- Work experience in the life insurance industry or other equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently with limited direction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of complex life insurance products and concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of internal insurance systems, especially systems such as ALIP, CFO, LifeComm, ULA or Vantage is a plus.
