What You Will Be Doing

As a Completion Supervisor, you will supervise the Low Observable Coatings Application, the completion of aircraft, Aircraft Finishers, and Delivery Operations Technicians.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met.
• Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Low observable coating applications, and/or aircraft mechanical experience
• Experience Leading
• Aircraft &/or Aerospace Experience

Desired Skills:

• Aviation Coatings Leadership Experience
• Flight Line or Delivery Operations Experience
• Leadership experience in an union environment

Ability to Work Remotely:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
