Are you a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach with a competitive edge? Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy is seeking a skilled Competitive Gymnastics Coach to join our team and work alongside the head team coach and team coaching staff. If you have a proven track record of coaching Competitive Gymnastics, we want to hear from you!
Position Type: Part-time
Schedule: 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the head team coach to develop and implement effective training programs for competitive gymnasts.
- Provide guidance and support to gymnasts during practices.
- Conduct skill assessments and create individualized training plans for athletes.
- Foster a positive and motivating training environment for gymnasts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience coaching Competitive Gymnastics is essential.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff.
- Passion for developing young gymnasts and helping them achieve their goals.
Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience.
