Are you open to new challenges and curious about a new and unusual work environment? Do you want to take on diverse and important tasks in a residential group and work with us to create a comfortable living environment?

You will be joining a welcoming group of eight adult residents with severe disabilities, who are mostly in good spirits.

You will work together with a nursing professional and only care for four residents per shift.

With your openness, you will be able to share our commitment to providing good and holistic care, even without prior experience in nursing.

The St. Elisabeth-Haus Lichtenrade is located near the Lichtenrade S-Bahn station with additional good bus connections. We have maintained a strong relationship with our neighboring Salvator community since the beginning. Our large park-like garden allows for lively outdoor events, but also offers opportunities for quiet walks with the residents.

Our six residential groups are supported by a multi-professional team consisting of nursing professionals and caregivers, who are excited to have you join us.

Your responsibilities

• Providing daily basic care according to the care plan, as well as pre and postcare tasks
• Creating and implementing individual support plans in collaboration with a nursing professional
• Administering food through PEG tubes as ordered
• Implementing hygiene measures
• Offering individual daily routines for the residents
• Creating a pleasant living environment for the residents
• Providing individual support and care
