SUMMARY:
As the Compensation Data Specialist, you will report to the Supervisor and Producer Compensation and will be responsible for coding and entering compensation payments for Kestra Financial Professionals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Comply with all regulatory rules, written desktop procedures, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff.
- Efficiently and correctly code compensation payments for entry.
- Efficiently and correctly enter or upload compensation payments into the compensation system.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Commitment to culture requires professionalism, accountability, customer/client focus, and teamwork.
- Must be able to perform duties accurately and timely
- Must demonstrate corporate mission statement and advisor-first culture
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to read, analyze, and code compensation statements.
- Must become proficient with vendor(s) and internal programs and software within 30 days of hire, including but not limited to BRACS, Salesforce, and AdvisorComplete.
- Must exhibit good prioritization skills and attention to detail
- May be required to work overtime, as necessary
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School Graduate required
- A college degree is strongly preferred
- 1+ years equivalent industry-related experience is strongly preferred
- None required
