About the Role: The Compensation Analyst is responsible for executing upon compelling and performance driven compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class multi-disciplined talent in a competitive environment. Reporting to the Enterprise Total Rewards Leader, this individual will partner with the company’s HR managers and leadership team to provide consultative services on all compensation topics, and ensuring programs are aligned with the business and talent strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute global merit and annual factory wage review processes, including budget analysis, recommendation and implementation within Workday
- Oversee global grade pay structures, including development of annual market movement recommendations and periodic country or region reviews
- Collaborate with divisional and regional management to design, calculate and communicate variable bonus and incentive plans
- Support the calculation and review of executive and board of director compensation including auditing calculations and preparing presentations
- Conduct job evaluations and compliance reviews including pay equity and FLSA exemption and provide recommendations on appropriate pay range
- Complete regular reporting and analysis of compensation and human capital metrics
- Research and develop recommendations for new compensation programs and assigned special projects as needed
- Participate in compensation activities involved with the integration of acquisitions
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, human resources or related field
- 2+ years’ experience supporting compensation function
- CCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP credentials, or on track to earn credentials
Skills & Knowledge:
- Broad working knowledge of compensation theories, techniques and practices
- HRIS (Workday) and compensation administration tool (MarketPay), and advanced MS Office knowledge is preferred
- Strong analytical capability to collect, analyze, interpret, and model compensation data to support decision-making
- Communication and collaboration proficiency to ensure seamless compensation processes and employee experience
- Ability to influence decision making through explanation of facts, policies and practices
- Project management competency with a commitment to timelines, accuracy and detail
