Companion Assistants in L'Arche spend time with and provide care for adults with intellectual disabilities in our homes.
Companion Assistants learn invaluable skills related to emotional intelligence and teamwork while building relationships with a diverse network of people, preparing them for any career path in their future, including medical school, business school, education, or social services. L'Arche is also a great choice for those looking to continue to grow in the field of human services shaped by a meaningful, mission-based experience.
