Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to adults with disabilities.
- Valid driver's license and registered vehicle/auto insurance.
- CPR and first aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Our services provide in-home and in-Community Support to adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health disorders. As a Community Support Worker, you'll partner with family members and existing providers to create and achieve individualized goals that enhance overall independence at home and in the community.
Essential Duties:
- Support individuals in learning, maintaining, and improving skills through participation in various everyday activities, both in homes and the community.
- Implement support strategies to achieve personalized goals for individuals.
- Submit accurate and complete daily progress notes for each shift worked with individuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years comparable, community-based, life or work experience providing services to adults with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and existing insurance
- Willingness to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Willingness to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations
- Flexible availability
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
