As a Community Relations Liaison your primary focus is to generate leads through in-person interactions with referral partners in your assigned territory that result in revenue. You are considered a Brand Awareness Advocate and are charged with ensuring the community knows about the services provided at your location CarePatrol office to be the local authority in Senior Care Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Call/Visit healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and elder care facilities to generate sales for Assisted Living referrals.
- Educate professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers regarding the CarePatrol services offered.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the community, health care facilities, and referral sources appropriate for services.
- Develop partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and other health care professionals whose patients may be appropriate for assisted living services thereby increasing the number of clients served.
- Strive to exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and year-over-year sales goals.
- Attend area networking and chamber events to meet with like-minded professionals.
- Pursue, increase, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
- Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
- Document progress daily in the database.
- Obtain Certified Senior Advisor Certification.

- Working knowledge of senior care resources is preferred.

- Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
Compensation:
· Based on experience.
· This will evolve into a performance-based compensation plan that rewards results.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
