Community Pharmacist

Cascade Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a full-time pharmacist to support our community compounding pharmacy in Poulsbo, WA. This pharmacist will primarily support our prescription filling and customer service department. In addition, this position will have the opportunity to train in our compounding lab. This position has the opportunity to grow with the pharmacy. The person we are looking for has strong leadership skills, is passionate about helping people in the community, well organized and has strong attention to detail. Compounding experience is not required.

As a pharmacist with our company, you will be part of a team that is committed to providing direct patient care and wellness services. You will play a valuable role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering outstanding patient-centered care and assisting in managing chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• traditional pharmacist duties including order verification, answering clinical questions and overseeing pharmacy assistants and technicians in the Rx Department.
• Actively delivers patient care services
• Upholds operational standards including patient education, safety and compliance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $58.00 - $64.00 per hour
