Salary```Overview``` We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide pharmaceutical care and optimize patient outcomes. ```Duties``` - Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness - Dispense medications accurately and efficiently - Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper use, potential side effects, and drug interactions - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient-specific medication regimens - Monitor patient responses to drug therapy and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary - Maintain accurate and complete patient medication records - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and medication management processes ```Requirements``` - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy - Valid state pharmacist license in good standing - Completion of a pharmacy residency program (preferred) - Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy setting (preferred) - Strong knowledge of IV infusion, acute pain management, utilization management, and patient service - Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
