Community Manager

```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records and files related to residents, leases, and property maintenance
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain high occupancy rates
- Enforce community rules and regulations to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve leasing and occupancy goals

```Skills```
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Experience with facilities management and contract administration
- Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software is preferred
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus
