Community Manager
Role Summary:
As a Community Manager at alma, you will spearhead the development and execution of impactful social media strategies aligned with our brand and marketing goals. Your focus will be on creating compelling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, fostering an engaged online community, and ensuring consistency across channels.
***Our office is in Miami, Florida. Employees currently work a hybrid mode: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Ideate, create, and curate engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across social media channels, ensuring consistency and quality in all content shared.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to stay updated with the latest industry developments and opportunities.
- Foster and nurture an active and engaged online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved reach, engagement, and conversion.
Key requirements
- Demonstrable years of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role for an agency, publisher, or brand, with a proven track record.
- Strong content creation skills across photography, videography, editing, and writing.
- Experience growing and maintaining social audiences across multiple platforms.
- Interested in young, female-driven communities.
- Strong understanding of the various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure and interpret performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and positive approach to problem solving and an ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for social media, pop-culture, and trends.
