Position Title: Community Liason/Resource Coordinator IDALIA FEMA GRANT
Department: Access and Admissions
Location: Dixie, FL; Levy, FL; Gilchrist, FL
Reports to: Provider Project Manager
Pay: $25.00/Hr | Non Exempt
***This time limited position is grant sponsored, benefit eligible and will conclude in 39 weeks upon the expiration of the grant which is September 4, 2024.***

We us a multidisciplinary approach to treating to those facingmental health challenges and substance use disorders.

- Completes community assessments related to storm relief and recovery.
- Develops, with the community input, a specific goals and objects to resolve service needs.
- Links citizens with services and resources identified.
- Serves as an advocate for the citizens with a wide variety of community agencies and Meridian
programs. Promotes community program development to meet client needs.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS from an accredited university with major course work in the areas of community health, health related/ psychology/social work areas with at least one-year experience in management.
Center Driver:
Must have a clean and active Florida Driver's license in accordance with company's insurance requirements.
