What youll be doing:

• Manage marketing operations w/ agency owner
• Establish and implement marketing initiatives
• Build a referral network with managed care companies, government agencies and others
• Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
• Work collaboratively with staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community
• Oversee social media posts
• Actively be involved with community outreach

What were looking for:

• A passion to serve the senior community and help others live their best lives possible
• High school diploma required, some college preferred
• Access to reliable transportation
• Demonstrated knowledge in either senior care management or marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:

• $20-$22/hr with performance incentives
