What youll be doing:
- Manage marketing operations w/ agency owner
- Establish and implement marketing initiatives
- Build a referral network with managed care companies, government agencies and others
- Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
- Work collaboratively with staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community
- Oversee social media posts
- Actively be involved with community outreach
What were looking for:
- A passion to serve the senior community and help others live their best lives possible
- High school diploma required, some college preferred
- Access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge in either senior care management or marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- $20-$22/hr with performance incentives
