Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Limited evenings and weekends may be needed with advance notice.
Work Setting: Hybrid position. When not working from home, candidate will be traveling to clients homes in Southern Montgomery Country: including Dresher, Abington, Jenkintown, Horsham, Hatboro, Elkins Park, Oreland, Huntington Valley, and Ft. Washington
What You'll Do:
- Research and develop client relationships and produce referrals; performs all phases of sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs, recommendation of appropriate Home Instead® services and additional community resources, maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts, including follow-up, as necessary.
- Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, etc.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Home Instead brand. Effectively present Home Instead marketing materials and services to referral providers, including 1:1 meetings, as well as planning, arranging and conducting formal group presentations to referral providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
- Develop and maintain positive and healthy relationships with clients and their families through quality assurance visits, phone calls, and special events.
- Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a Care Consultation.
- Communicate effectively with professional partners to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care.
- Conduct client and CP introductions as scheduled.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of experience in the Senior Care or Health Care Industry.
- 2+ years experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system.
- The ability to work independently in a field position, with a self-starting, upbeat, positive, go-getter attitude.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, and customer service.
- Team player attitude
- A warm, friendly, compassionate demeanor with elderly clients.
