Comfort Keepers has an immediate opening for a driven, passionate, and caring individual to join our team as a Community Liaison! We are looking for an experienced professional who is interested in helping others, while being a key player in the growth of Comfort Keepers, serving our territory throughout the north metro Twin Cities. The Community Liaison will participate in activities with targeted referral sources to develop and maintain relationships within the senior care industry as well as meeting with prospective clients to consult on Comfort Keepers services in a variety of settings and circumstances. Qualifications of the Community Liaison

• 3-5 years experience healthcare sales or related field; experience In Home Care preferred
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a positive, professional business image
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize multiple cloud-based systems
• Degree in Marketing Management, Sales, Business, Healthcare or related field
• Ability to travel throughout our covered territory between Anoka, White Bear Lake, and Chisago offices

Key Responsiblities of the Community Liaison

• Develop and maintain all referral source relationships with key accounts
• Identify new relationship opportunities to promote business growth
• Represent Comfort Keepers and communication our Mission, Values, and Why to potential referral sources within the comunity at events, sales calls, and meetings
• Performs new networking/sales calls to assess relationship posibilities
• Input data into CRM software
• Coordinates community education presentations
• Meet with prospective clients on Comfort Keepers services
• Develop Plan of Care with clients
• Performs client care coordination activities to ensure quality of care provided meets client needs
