Community Liaison

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with various businesses in the community. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our organization and promote our mission within the community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact and creating meaningful change. The office location for this position will be at our Altoona facility. The candidate will be required to travel to our Bellmeade and Huntingdon location as well.

Duties:
-Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.

-Establish and maintain relationships w/ referral sources, including hospital case managers, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospice agencies, and physician's.

-Conduct interviews for staff at all three of the Graystone facilities (Altoona, Bellmeade, and Huntingdon).

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local community resources and services

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
