The In-N-Out Burger Community Engagement department and Community Impact team has an excellent opportunity for aCommunity Impact Supervisorin theIrvine, CA* office. The Community Impact Supervisor will report to the Community Impact Manager and will be responsible for leading all aspects of Volunteerism and Community Programs to serve hope in all communities in our marketplace. This person will be a team member of the Community Engagement department, which includes the In-N-Out Burger Foundation, Slave 2 Nothing Foundation, Fundraising, and Donations.
This position is full-time, in-office only
General Responsibilities
- Oversee all elements of Volunteerism and Community Programs which includes service projects and volunteer campaigns, charitable event volunteers, adopt-a-family program, donation drives, Cookout programs, and Giveback opportunities
- Provide oversight and direction to direct reports through ongoing coaching and development; positively engaging the team and motivating them to achieve their goals and optimal performance
- Develop and oversee strategies to serve the community and engage INO associates. Oversee and create strategies, volunteer pathway, champions program, and volunteer recognition
- Develop and oversee a volunteer management platform and process
- Oversee American Corporate Partners (ACP) mentoring program
- Attend community events to promote volunteerism and represent the company with non-profits, foundations, local businesses, and other communities as needed
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time, Exempt
- Pay Range is $92,000-$110,000
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors. - Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Department needs will call for occasional evenings and weekends
- Travel time:It is anticipated that 10-20% of the work time will be spent onsite at Community Engagement events and/or conducting site visits; out-of-state travel may be required

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Non-profit, Human Services, Social Science, Business, Social Welfare or a related field preferred
- Volunteer Management certification; preferred
- 5+ years' experience in a Supervisory/Management/Leadership role; preferred
- 5+ years' experience in Corporate Social Responsibility/Corporate Volunteerism; preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mentality and a passion for great customer service as a representative of the Community Impact team and In-N-Out Burger
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Strong proficiency in Asana and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Prior experience using a volunteer management database
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Works with a high level of integrity and consistently carries themselves with tact and professionalism
- Prior experience leading a team, providing a path for career development, and the desire and ability to provide direct reports with training and tools to grow and succeed
- Highly adaptable with excellent time-management, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising discretion and good judgment
