Job Summary:
Design marketing initiatives and maintain website to achieve business targets for multiple programs. Design marketing content strategies and set short-term goals. Oversee website updates utilizing WordPress platform. Develop editorial calendar and provide graphic and digital support for multiple digital platforms (website, social media, print media, ad purchasing, etc). Analyze web traffic metrics, content optimization including SEO, PPC and Google Analytics. Responsible for development of presentation, graphics, and marketing materials for multiple audiences including program clients, business partners, donors, and community collaborators. Responds to requests to the marketing help desk.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generates awareness of agency and enhances its images through the development of new and traditional media avenues.
- Develops and implements online communications and social media strategies.
- Responsible for design and implementation of website and content, including identifying the most current strategies to improve customer service to web user and tracking analytics to identify issues in a pro-active manner.
- Assists with creating vision for marketing and communications efforts and supports implementation of strategic plan for Community Engagement and agency.
- Obtains and produces analytics regarding success of outreach campaigns, including Google and website data.
- Works with Director of Community Engagement to service requests submitted via the marketing helpdesk.

Requirements:Education and/or Work-Related Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2 years non-profit development experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in MS Office and WordPress/content management software. Understanding of web publishing requirements, including WordPress (required) and DreamWeaver (a plus) and expertise in social media platforms.
- HTML/CSS/some PHP proficiency.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
- Experience working with video, photography, and social media with strong knowledge of video editing and motion graphics preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in basic web and user interface usability standards required including ADA.
