A Community Development District (CDD) Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of a Community Development District. - Administrative Duties:
- Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement plans to enhance the community's development and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Meeting Organization: Schedule, coordinate, and attend board meetings, workshops, and public hearings. Prepare agendas, minutes, and other necessary documentation.
- Financial Management:
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of community infrastructure such as roads, parks, drainage systems, and recreational facilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Urban Planning, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, public administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of Florida CDD laws and regulations preferred.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
- Certified District Manager (CDM) designation
