This is a Part Time flexible and hourly paid position ($20/hr) on site in Ann Arbor.

We host events that empower entrepreneurs, celebrate our diversity, and create connections. We also rent our space as a venue to professionals and creatives. As the Part TimeCommunity Associate, you’ll work with our team to support daily workspace and event operations.

Community Associate
In this position, you’ll work directly with our Community Director & Community Coordinator. This role is a part-time position (around 20-25 hours a week) that is scheduled on-site mostly in the afternoon to early evenings, with flexibility based on team member needs.
- Community Events. Lead the execution of community events included but not limited to member networking and guest rentals. This includes staging and setting up for an event, coordinating vendors, greeting guests, and resetting the space.
- Workspace & Community Operations. Support our community team at the front desk by greeting all members and guests, responding to general inquiries, and socking/staging our co-working facilities including items such as coffee, print, or mail.
- Member & Guest Relations. Direct members and guests on how to best utilize our space. From time to time, you may give tours, answer general questions, and serve as a supportive facilitator of space and community connections.
- Project Management. You may be asked to support special team projects, such as designing an event together or a workspace improvement project.
- Communication & Reporting. Report regularly to the Community Director & Community Coordinator to support successful operations of our workspace and community events. Share any issues or ideas for improvement.
