  • Collaborate with internal agencies to facilitate workshops and ensure alignment on briefing and delivery expectations.
  • Manage the front-end of the campaign development process, including debriefing, facilitating concept share-outs, and integrating them into global playbooks.
  • Establish an overarching campaign timeline, scheduling key achievements, monitoring task scope, deliverables, planned budgets, and dependencies.
  • Identify and manage risks, effectively communicating them to team members, and calling out larger concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain a holistic view of ongoing programs and facilitate handovers of approved concepts to the tactical production team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned workflows/clients throughout the campaign process.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Possesses a global outlook and an international mentality, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.
