CARPLS Legal Aid is looking for a part-time, temporary, Communications & Marketing Intern to start immediately through May 2024.
The role can be hybrid with one day a week in office or fully remote.
Role is for 15-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible but majority need to be within working hours.
This individual will report to the Director of Communications.
The goal for this position is to 1) help with content creation (including social media, newsletters, website edits, press releases, graphics, annual report and more) 2) help CARPLS reach more clients meaningfully, while also helping to position CARPLS in front of more community partners, the courts, community leaders, volunteers and donors; and 3) continue to increase media visibility and partnership in the Chicago area and across Illinois for respective projects.
