This position will get a $36,000 salary plus commission, which will amount to about $45,000 - $65,000 per year. As a team member you'll be able to enjoy benefits such as discounted health insurance with a stipend, 6 paid holidays, monthly performance bonuses, a Simple IRA w/ 3% company match, paid continuing education, in-office wellness bucks, and paid vacation after 1 year.

This position will work a flexible schedule. Typically, you'll work regular business hours, but occasionally, you'll need to work events or attend seminars (up to 1 weekend and 2 evenings per month).

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

You'll be at the forefront of gathering data, identifying trends, and developing strategic plans to propel our organization to new heights. Your communication skills will truly shine as you create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email marketing campaigns, and website content. With the power of your words, you'll captivate our audience, engage potential customers, and strengthen our brand presence in the industry. Networking and relationship building will be a key aspect of your role. You'll have the opportunity to establish a referral network among local professionals, fostering connections that will contribute to our organization's success. Your ability to build authentic relationships will not only drive business opportunities but also showcase the humble and likeable qualities that embody our Max Health culture. Public speaking will be your superpower as you take the stage, leading engaging lunch and learns, participating in impactful trade shows, and persuading potential clients with your exceptional sales skills.

Here's what we need from you:

• College degree OR 2+ years of experience in marketing or public relations
• Experience with crafting social media, email, and website content
• Experience with capturing videos and photos
• Experience with public speaking
• Able to work weekends (1x/mo) & evenings (2x/mo)

Additionally, previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
