Ryan Fireprotection is looking to grow our Marketing team by bringing on a Communications Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will be excited to immerse themselves in our Company culture to ensure their communication style aligns with our brand. They will do this by getting to know people in the office and at our branches. They should be a go-getter, feel comfortable working on the go (when supporting an event) and be ready to suggest new ideas and ways we can continue to improve company-wide communication.
Detailed, thoughtful, written communication should come easy to you and the idea of impacting both our employees and customers on a regular basis should be exciting!
This role is primarily based in the Noblesville/Indianapolis area. There could be potential for travel to our branch offices but that wouldn’t be often.
Some of the items we expect this person to take ownership on after they’ve been trained:
- Manage contact distribution lists (internal and customer lists)
- Coordinate and execute all internal & external communication company-wide
- Including proposing processes to streamline and make our communication process more efficient
- Create & execute quarterly newsletter (both written and video)
- Blog writing
- Event support
- Presentations support: acting as a second set of eyes that communication is on brand and consistent
- Support social media presence (help with content creation & posting) that strategically aligns with Marketing Manager
- Support the Marketing Manager on projects outside of communications when you have capacity
- Support Director of Engagement at events
