The Job in a Nutshell:
The Communications Coordinator will collaborate with the Communications Manager and Operations team to facilitate consistent and accurate information to in-store good4u Crew as well as other Store Support Center and Distribution Center Crew. This position is hybrid on-site and requires a minimum of 2 days working from the SSC Lakewood office.
Main Ingredients:
- Attend, take notes, and distribute notes for the bi-Monthly Communication Planning Meetings
- Create and publish companywide huddle topics
- Create and publish store-specific huddle topics as needed
- Create and publish huddle agendas and Crew talking points
- Coordinate quarterly good4u Trivia communication
- Provide content for Weekly Bulletin, including but not limited to the Customer Service Quarterly Focus, Store Manager/Assistant Manager Housekeeping, and other update as needed
- Coordinate updates to SSC Crew Contact Posters including electronic updates, printing new copies for stores, and communicating to the stores
- Administer SharePoint needs for Communications, including but not limited to Operations Homepage updates, uploading monthly {N}power Offer Calendars, Sales Call Presentations, and Tune Up Tuesday emails
- Coordinate prize distribution for quarterly NTKA pennant banner winners
- Coordinate Opportunity Store Promotion information with Marketing and Purchasing to deliver communication to the applicable stores
- Drive companywide promotions through messages on store computer desktop backgrounds
- Assist with tasks as needed, including but not limited to SOP creation, emails to Crew with urgent communication, drafting memos, reviewing/editing/updating documentation, auditing data, compiling data, and creating reports
- Keep informed of and identify opportunities in company information, including but not limited to completing LMS assignments in a timely manner, reviewing the Company Calendar on SharePoint, {N}power Offer Calendars, SSC Bulletin, memos, and emails from the SSC to store Crew

Recipe for Success:
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent is required
- 2 years of administrative experience is required
- Extensive professional written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience is required
- Outlook and Excel are required
- Publisher is preferred
- Adobe Acrobat/Reader experience is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Adaptability to changing business needs
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Reliability
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines, including recurring tasks and sporadic tasks
