Communications and Change Management Specialist:
Develop effective program/project communication strategies
Create Technical writing, PowerPoints and product documentation and support demos

Do you have phenomenal communication and technical writing skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications and Change Management Specialist to provide communication and change management for an enterprise level initiative. You will promote a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on Data Governance tool program. You should have experience in project change management and communications and have lot of enthusiasm and positive attitude to help gain the trust of the project team and external parties alike.

Responsibilities
Develop effective project communication strategies for stakeholders
Create project presentations to promote program and tool adoption
Craft process and procedure documentation
Develop demo and training materials and ensure relevancy at all levels
Organize initiatives and plan events
Foster relationships with advocates and key stakeholders
Collaborate with other change management professionals to produce technical messages
Develop mechanism for measuring effectiveness of communications and track
Assist with communication strategies and messages for senior leadership
Ensure consistency with company and division branding

Requirements
Proven experience as change management and communications specialist
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Experience in technical writing
Solid understanding of project management principles
Knowledge of MS Office
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Proficient command of English
Undergraduate in marketing, public relations, communications or relevant field
