This position is an entry level Quality Engineering position for a recent college graduate. Under the guidance of more senior quality engineers, works as an individual contributor to set and achieve objectives within own area of responsibility and collaboratively as a cross functional team member.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis using in-house databases and other analytical tools and work closely with Commodity Managers, Central Indirect Supply Chain Analyst, and Strategic Business Unit Leads (SBU) to:
- Evaluate and establish data based supplier strategies for Digital Technologies commodities and sub-commodities.
- Evaluate and analyze raw data and draft presentations/reports for review.
- Review Digital Technologies spend data for accuracy and areas for enhancement in the RTX Spend Tool.
- Provide clear oral and written explanation of assigned tasks, relevant issues, analytic approach, and results.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract
