About the Team:
The Commercial Finance Analyst will support the commercial finance function and work closely with key stakeholders at Pandora to drive and impact business performance.
We are responsible for delivering the commercial results of NAM and acting as the 'engine room' of Business Performance management, owning the Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes within the framework set by the Group with a special focus on top line growth.
We focus on identification of opportunities to drive improvements in top and bottom line and other key outcomes (e.g. work capital, cash, and cost reduction). Teams will use the data/analytics/tools which will be available to them (along with influencing relationship development and storytelling skills) to drive material performance improvement, in collaboration with US leadership teams.
Your Role as a Commercial Finance Analyst:
The Commercial Finance Analyst will support the Market Commercial Finance team and the VP, Sales, and their directors. You will take ownership of achieving required business outcomes and driving best practices. This role works with Cluster and Global Commercial Finance to bring best practice to the market drawing on global insight and data.

- Improve business performance within the Cluster with tangible results driven by Finance. This includes but is not limited to increased Sell-In and Sell-Out, higher Gross Profit & EBIT, and improved inventory levels.
- Build strong relationships with Business Partners and embed themselves within crucial business processes.
- Help deliver (Finance) Transformation program deliverables in the cluster and markets.
- Process improvements to drive efficiencies in areas such as Month-End Close, forecast updates, Target Setting and ongoing reporting.
- Enhance Store-level Planning capabilities.
- Partner with peer Commercial Finance Analysts.
- Improve accuracy of Financial Forecasts (Budget, LE, etc.)
- Provide financial and commercial support to drive performance and influence delivery of the commercial result.
- Provide actionable insight to key forums based on risk, opportunity, and sensitivity.
- Support Market Finance teams with performance improvement interventions.
- Support creation of financial and operational KPIs/drivers.
- Be part of the core teams of strategic projects within Cluster/Market (e.g. investments, new category/channel/product creation and launch), hereunder provide analysis.
What is needed to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.
- MBA desired but not required.
- Experience from similar role(s) and responsibility in a global and international organization with retail, fashion or FMCG Industry
- High energy and willingness to drive a global agenda.
- Understand strategic development and business priorities.
- Stakeholder management, business partnering and influencing.
- Strong and effective communication - verbally and written.
- Willing to travel as needed and have an international mindset.
