QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS:
- Minimum of two years of equivalent practical experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other relevant field
- Understanding of the functions and operations of the commission calculation process
- Progressively improving and expanding accounting knowledge; practices continuous learning and retaining the material learned
- Highly analytical
- Highly proficient using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy with minimal errors in all work
- Act in a pleasant, professional, courteous and respectful manner to all internal and external customers at all times
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions
- Proficient in prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to identify numerical errors and resolve the errors
- Communicates clearly both written and verbally
