As a remote-first company, this position can sit in Plano, TX or remote in the US.

Position Overview:

Alkami is hiring an experienced Commissions Administrator who is culture-driven and customer service focused to join our Payroll Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Payroll, this position will be the main point of contact for the sales team regarding commissions earned through the sale of service contract value, answering all commissions related questions with a focus on customer service excellence. Working directly with members from the human resource team, this position will have final review verification oversight confirming all updates to sales compensation plan documentation. This position will be responsible for the monthly calculation and processing of commissions earned in accordance with all reviewed and approved sales compensation plans for all monthly contract values sold. Experience with the manual processing of commissions in an excel based model is required

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• On-going review of current sales compensation plans for over 50 sales associates.
• On-going maintenance of Captivate IQ (“CIQ”), the company’s commission processing system.
• On-going maintenance of CIQ commission calculation structure in accordance with current reviewed and approved sales compensation plans.
• Calculation of monthly commissions earned by each sales associate based on contract value sold.
• Make all necessary adjustments to commission calculations for any one-time adjustments such as contract value sharing between sales associates.
• On-going communications with the sales team, providing answers to all commission related questions.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reporting to management.
• Serve as backup payroll processor.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years managing a sales commission plan, preferable for a public company.
• Experience in Accounting for the deferral of costs to obtain a contract is preferred.
• Experience with complex sales compensation plan structure
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and mindset

Desired Skills:

• Advanced Excel and Captivate IQ
