The GAF Roofing Academy, in partnership with Tecta America, will be hosting a Free Introduction to Commercial Roofing Installation Training on Tuesday, March 19th - Friday, March 22nd! The graduates of the program will receive a GAF Roofing Academy Certification. Completion of the program signals to roofing employers that the graduates have the proper entry-level skills for a roofing installation career. Graduates will also have the opportunity to earn their OSHA 10, for free, outside of training hours per student request.
Program Details:
-This program will focus on teaching the basics of low slope commercial roofing installation.
-The graduates of the class will have the knowledge and skills to enter into the commercial roofing industry.
-Graduates will receive a certificate of completion as a GAF Roofing Academy Certified Graduate.
-Upon Completion, graduates will have the opportunity to interview with Tecta America in the area for full-time employment for one of two of their New England locations: North Billerica and Brockton, MA.
-Transportation to and from training facility is the responsibility of the attendee.
-Graduates will receive $200 value of tools upon proof of employment.
-Light breakfast and lunch provided each day.
