We are looking for a motivated, flexible, and professional candidate to work as an Alliance Stadium/Commerica Cleanerss You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and restroom maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning the stadium area as well as offices and common areas.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be detail-oriented with some janitorial experience.
- Position will include, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, using a handheld blower, garbage removal, and cleaning restrooms.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Requirements:
- Must have experience in custodial maintenance and cleaning.
- Must be available to work any shift as assigned, including overnights and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in a cold environment.
- Must be able to go up and down steps consistently.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs, to bend, reach, lift, and carry.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with working in a very fast-paced environment.
- A strong ability to use the English language.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
