Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Energy efficiency experience
- Driver’s License
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Knowledge of Commercial Spray Foam insulation sales processes and strategies
- Excellent computer and math skills
- Experience with warm calling techniques and lead generation
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
- Leadership skills to effectively manage client relationships
Compensation:
- Competitive, variable compensation structure, target range $75-$150K
