Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:

• Energy efficiency experience
• Driver’s License
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Knowledge of Commercial Spray Foam insulation sales processes and strategies
• Excellent computer and math skills
• Experience with warm calling techniques and lead generation
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
• Leadership skills to effectively manage client relationships

Compensation:

• Competitive, variable compensation structure, target range $75-$150K
