Requirements:
- Valid TX driver’s license
- Proficiency in servicing drains, piping, water lines, sinks, faucets, valves, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial sites
- Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial sites
- Conduct necessary repairs to previously installed systems
- Stay up to date on safety regulations and requirements for various plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with all plumbing regulations to pass inspections
- Maintain effective communication with clients for satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues
- Manage a work log and maintain detailed work reports
- Provide clients with information regarding plumbing system upkeep
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability once a month
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: 4-6 years of plumbing experience (Required)
Journeyman Plumber Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Valid/current Journeyman Plumber’s License is required
- Trained and qualified to operate machinery such as scissor lifts, aerial lifts, fork lifts (lift operation is a plus, but not required)
- Proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- May serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems according to specifications and building codes
- Follow hanger spacing and load requirements based on specifications
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, bathtubs, urinals, water heaters)
- Locate and mark the position of pipes, pipe connections, and passage holes
- Cut openings in walls and floors for pipe installation using appropriate tools
- Install sleeves and leave outs for roof and wall penetrations
- Work with various pipe materials, including copper, iron, steel, plastic, etc.
- Join pipes using mechanical soldering, brazing, and other methods
- Test pipe systems for leaks and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety regulations
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear
- Work independently with limited supervision and provide guidance to others
