DMS started in 2012 with the sole purpose to provide a higher standard of service in our industry. DMS offers maintenance service and retrofit solutions to the industrial and commercial clients in the DFW area.
Job Description Duties:
- Performs plumbing repairs, including leaks, fixtures, drains, water heaters and domestic piping
- Perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement
- Completes quoted projects and service calls while maintaining profitability
- Builds long term relationships with customers and works to the customer’s satisfaction
- On call / stand by rotation as directed by business
- Safely drives company vehicles insured by past driving performance records. Meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy.
- Purchase materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers
- Maintains equipment, tools and inventory stock on service vehicle
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience of commercial plumbing service and maintenance
- Previous residential experience is acceptable
- (Required) Journeyman License
- (Preferred) OSHA 10-hour course, trade school, college, or apprenticeship program graduate
- Ability to work in various climates
- Physically be able to perform job duties

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $42.00 per hour
