- Coordinate closing contracts and commission paperwork for all sales managers
- Coordinate weekly sales meeting, guests, presentations, and follow-up
- Coordinate weekly outbound sales call program and measurement of specific target markets and products
- Coordinate KPI data reporting for all sales team members in NG&E, Fuels, and Energy services
- Assist the creation and measurement of weekly sales and cross-selling initiatives
- Back up call center on peak days
- Ability to make outbound sales calls
- Coordinate calendars for sales team
- Attend and support out-of-the-office sales events, trade shows and company functions
- Support marketing initiatives and program
- Support Senior Executive Assistant initiatives
- Back up-front desk during vacation
- Maintain conference room, office and kitchen supplies for the 2nd Floor
- On key direct marketing programs , directly answer call, text, and email responses from customers
- AS Degree or higher education, or equivalent industry-related experience
- Minimum 5 years in administrative position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Team oriented
- Proficient computer skills, word/excel
