Grail is hiring a highly motivated Commercial Program Manager with a passion for patient-centric oncology solutions.
Your skills and expertise will be pivotal in driving work across a cross-functional group entrusted with shepherding on-market product features from development to successful commercial release. In this role, you will take charge of driving essential activities to ensure the seamless completion of product development.
This position is located in Menlo Park, CA and on hybrid location schedule
You Will
- Establish and maintain functionally integrated project schedules and other tracking tools to enable accurate project management across various functional areas.
- Schedule, organize, and drive various team meeting(s): prepare and distribute agendas/minutes; track action items, and escalate areas of concern to the appropriate management entity.
- Initially work with internal teams to track, manage and drive actions needed to complete the development process.
- Work fluidly across multiple projects at a time. Act as an integrator to identify opportunities and timelines to ensure consistency and harmony from project to project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams fostering seamless communication and synergy among product, marketing, software, lab operations, finance and other departments.
- Facilitate communication of sub-team issues and outcomes to the Core Team/Project team leadership.
- Engage with quality and regulatory functions to ensure launch planning and execution meets expected standards.
- Prepare regular reports on program status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain detailed documentation of program activities and outcomes.
Your Background Should Include
- Minimum of a BA/BS and 2 or more years of relevant work experience. Non-scientific discipline degrees will also be considered if accompanied by relevant work experience.
- The ideal candidate will have multidisciplinary experience in the device/diagnostic/biotech industry, with at least 2 years of direct project management experience
- Experience Program Managing commercial launch activities is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the Product Development Stage-Gate process, and experience with requirements for progressing products through phase gates is preferred
- Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
- Experience with SmartSheets, JIRA, and Google Workspace is highly desired
- Experience supporting teams to successfully launch activities under CAP/CLIA regulations is highly desired
The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $91,000 to $107,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.
Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
