Summary of Job:
This position is responsible to perform supervision for our Facility Service Plumbing Technicians and Helpers. Supervisor will be responsible for serving each technician by leading through positive and genuine examples. This position will utilize our technology, technical capability, and customer service to provide support for each Service technician and helper to allow great customer experience on every service call. Primarily responsible for supporting service technicians and helpers in installations, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: faucets, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, sump and sewage pumps, booster pumps, backflow preventers, and all materials of pipes - valves - fittings. This position will be responsible for Reviewing all service reports and service tickets weekly. Will keeps up with and helps with scheduling of PM Service calls. Additionally, this position will communicate and resolve any questions or concerns from customers regarding service calls or maintenance related issues.
Education and Experience:
- 5 years of Commercial Plumbing Service and/or Plumbing Installation - Construction work.
- Must have a Plumbing Apprenticeship certification, and at least six (6) months of trade-related work experience, OR
- Any similar combination of education and experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.

- Must possess excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent oral communications skills
- Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Must be able to deal with difficult people
