Job Description
Must have multi year appliance sales experience.
Managing all aspects of commercial business including, but not limited to:
- Creating project leads in and out of store
- Collecting manufacturer pricing proposals and submitting bids
- Following up with procurement teams
- Organizing contract signings of awarded bids
- Invoice keying and management (1 room per invoice)
- Assist in ordering and inventory control
- Pre-install walk through and project manager meetings
- Weekly/Monthly Delivery walkthrough on all project deliveries using direct forms
- Scheduling and review of all invoices
- Door reversal management, providing RDC information (door reversals, allocation, invoices) minimum of 1 week prior to scheduling
- Attending on- site weekly safety meetings and providing on-site supervision of delivery/installations
- Follow-up with project management team
- Managing CRM Pipeline to 75 tasks per month
- Manage Change Orders
- Submitting service orders
- Billing per contract recommendations, AR Account Management, supplying invoices and CRM's to Kitchen Inspired billing team for payment application
- Conducting a minimum of 2 meetings per month with Director of Kitchens Inspired
- Assisting in other Kitchens Inspired commercial projects and training new hires
- $800k per month quoted
- 10 Social media posts
- Three (3) self-generated leads per month
- Work "dodge" leads for all markets
- Attend and organize all outside functions with the OSM
- Minimum of 45 Hours total clocked weekly
- Estimated 25-30 hours worked weekly in store (invoice management, billing, etc.)
- Estimated 10 - 15 hours worked weekly out of store (RDC, jobsites, lead creation, etc.)
- Required to inspect most multi-family sites before scheduling delivery
- $60K annual
- 1% Commission on delivered contract sales, paid monthly
- 3% commission on delivered contract sales, paid monthly
- This position is eligible for a monthly bonus based on performance.
