Job Summary
We are looking for a career minded individual who is seeking a long-term position. Experience in the following needed:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage technician service requests, using internal work order and timesheet systems to upload photos, track completion and log time.
- Create and maintain technician schedules
- Pull needed materials and stage for each job
- Review and submit technician weekly time sheets
- Ensure technicians are operating clean and safe work areas
- Communicate with customers and vendors to coordinate project schedules
- Be available for team members, may include off hours depending on project
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with team members, vendors and customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all MCS clients and partners.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality, workmanship and time management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time
- Manage warehouse, track company assets
- Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained
- Show responsibility and care for all company equipment, tools and materials.
- Perform employee reviews
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Repair & Maintenance Technician or Handyman required.
- Ability to work after normal business hours, overnight and travel when needed
- Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to effectively prioritize work
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with using laptops, software, mobile technology, including iPads and smartphones.
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years in management position
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- At least three professional references REQUIRED
- Authorized to work in the United States
