Commercial Loan Officer

Come join our Lending Team! We are looking to add an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to our lending team. This is a hybrid position-based out of our Sauk Rapids, MN branch location. 

The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring, and closing of Commercial Loans. They will also maintain and service the Commercial Loan portfolio while representing the credit union in its market area through active participation in community affairs.  The Commercial Loan Officer will interview applicants to determine loan requirements, request necessary paperwork for evaluation, and prepare financial proposals consistent with credit union policy and procedure for presentation to the applicant. They will maintain a positive working relationships with members, staff, local professionals, and community organizations. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Lending, with a preference for existing experience within the service area.
