Job Description:
Provide administrative support and loan file management support to commercial lenders. Assists with loan processing from the prospect stage to a booked loan.
Acts as liaison between lender and the processor to ensure the correct combination of documents are prepared/received for each loan request.
Manages electronic customer loan files to track and follow up on missing and expired exceptions.
Assists lender in managing the loan pipeline and maintaining customer relationships.
Monitors existing loans to ensure complete conformity with terms.
Processes a variety of loan funding, advances, payments, fees and payoffs. Manages the client holding account.
Coordinate with various officers, attorneys and other third-party personnel to ensure proper title work and other documentation is ordered.
File collateral documents to ensure a perfected security interest.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.
Necessary Skills and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years Commercial Loan processing experience or related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
