- Check company audits for accuracy and review policy checklists.
- Request endorsements from companies, review them when received for accuracy, and process endorsements when received.
- Issue liability certificates and property evidences of insurance.
- Email insured's policies, endorsements, audits, etc.
- Send company loss control reports to clients and ask for recommendation compliance.
- At least one year's experience in the Epic agency management system including how to update applications with all policy changes requested throughout the policy term, use the activity system to follow up for pending items, and able to attach policies, endorsements, emails and all correspondence in Epic with the proper label.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Account Managers or Management.
- Seek advice from Account Manager with any problems with their accounts.
- Computer skills necessary to perform essential job duties: creating a Word document, creating a basic Excel document with columns and addresses.
- Know how to request updated renewal information from clients according to line of business.

- Current Property & Casualty Broker/Agent License.
- Commercial Insurance knowledge with at least three year's industry experience
