We also simultaneously offer a wide variety of facility, maintenance as well as vendor coordination services for anything from plumbing to HVAC and everything in between. Theory Design – provides innovative, luxury interior design services for first-class residential, commercial and hospitality properties. We work directly with high-end builders, architects, landscape architects and others to deliver holistic products that capitalize on location, infrastructure and other characteristics. Our services include mining, aggregate processing, land development, lake bank restoration, beach and shoreline projects, environmental services, and marine services. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Performs HVAC repairs and installations as needed 2. Performs general maintenance tasks, such as painting, installing drywall, completing carpentry work, replacing ceiling tile, and conducting light electrical and plumbing work. 3. Performs preventative maintenance tasks. 4. Investigates problems and manages solutions. 5. Manages and performs minor repairs and waterproofing tasks on commercial properties. 6. Manages and oversees more involved repairs as well as communicates those repairs to office team. 7. Inspects vacant units and maintains structure of buildings. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responds to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. 2. Checks equipment and systems to ensure that everything is up to standard. 3. Maintains inventory records for equipment and supplies. 4. Documents personnel information, hours and repairs performed during shift. Quality Communication: The Maintenance Technician must work and communicate well with others, particularly when it comes to providing direction to subcontractors. Organizational Skills: The Maintenance Technician must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Trade Tools: The Maintenance Technician must own the basic tools to perform tasks listed above. Computer Skills: The Maintenance Technician must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic software. Education/Experience: HVAC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; minimum two years of experience in a similar role; solid experience with preventative maintenance techniques as well as plumbing and electrical systems; advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques; knowledge of finishing stages of construction.
